- Martin’s journey began in the early days of SAP R/3 and Movex. He orchestrated complex progrms, and led global implementations. His knack for turning business challenges into elegant SAP solutions earned him respect across industries.
- Thomas Kloumann – The Program true Advisor and Navigator:
- Sophia’s career spanned continents. From Oslo to Usa, He managed SAP program with finesse. His ability to steer teams through stormy waters and deliver programs on time made hem legendary.
- Fakir Charles – The Solution Architect Extraordinaire:
- Fakir’s mind was a blueprint factory. He architected SAP landscapes that defied gravity. Whether it was HANA migrations or hybrid cloud setups, Raj’s designs were poetry in motion.

The Program Advisors Birth:
The birth of Program Advisors, where Martin Horning, Fakir Charles, Thomas Kloumann and Mats Eliasson united in their quest to liberate companies from system integrator dependency. Their journey was one of frustration, determination, and a burning desire to empower businesses.
The trio met regularly, fueled by frustration and a shared vision. They dreamed of a boutique consulting firm that would:
- Advise: Would empower companies to manage their SAP system integrators in an long term and effective manner.
- Collaborate: Consultants would work alongside clients, not above them.
- Innovate: Their solutions would blend experience with cutting-edge SAP tech with also long term vision.
Late one night, over a bottle of Riesling, they decided to name their venture “Program Advisors.” It was more than a company—it was a movement to break free from the chains of dependency.
Program Advisors Today:
- 60 Years of Combined SAP Experience: Program Advisors’s founders wore their wrinkles proudly. They’d seen SAP evolve from R/3 to S/4HANA.
- Global Footprint: From Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Cape town, Malmö, Oslo and Stockholm. Program Advisors’s consultants crisscrossed the globe, leaving a trail of SAP success stories.
And so, Program Advisors became synonymous with Program excellence.
